A new Van der Velde bookshop was opened at the Raadhuisplein shoppingcentre in Drachten. 2 stores full of books magazines music and gifts- articles. The Solid Lighting Silverline LED spots are used for accent and general lighting and are all focused on the products which gives the shop a warm ambient . A 6 meter high lightcolume connects the groundfloor with the 1st floor ,the design by Leo Krol is a hommage to the architect Theo van Doesburg who designed major glasswork in Drachten some 100 years ago.
